We are passionate about farmers and food and we encourage our guests to share this passion. All our menus are based on local, fresh and readily available ingredients as well as traditional (and not so traditional) cuisines and techniques. The menu changes regularly to bring you a full range of seasonal and local produce.
We offer a la carte dining in addition to our tasting menu on Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. On Friday and Saturday we offer a chef’s tasting menu, which we highly encourage as the best expression of what we do.
