We are passionate about food and cooking and encourages our guests to share this passion. All of our menus are based on local, fresh and readily available ingredients as well as traditional (and not so traditional) cuisines and techniques. The menu constantly changes as to bring you a full experience of what it means to eat locally. On Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday we offer a la carte dining in addition to our tasting menu. On Friday and Saturday we offer a chef’s tasting menu, which we highly encourage as it is the best expression of what we do, but also offer a 3-course and a 5-course for those who are looking for a shorter meal.
