At Art of the Table, we celebrate food and those who dedicate their lives to raising, growing, foraging, and catching the Pacific Northwest’s finest, freshest products.

Chef Dustin Ronspies collaborates directly with farmers and producers to source the ingredients that build our ever-changing menu. We value quality, make things from scratch and pour love & soul into every dish.
